Mr. Hugues St-Pierre, the President and Chief Executive Officer of TELUS Québec, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Marc Rancourt to the position of Vice President—Public and Para-public Markets. In his new functions, Mr. Rancourt will be responsible for the development of the governmental and para-governmental segments.

Marc Rancourt holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the “Université de Sherbrooke” and an M.B.A. from Concordia University. Before joining the executive leadership team of TELUS Québec, Mr. Rancourt had been Vice President and Director General for the East Region with “Groupe Télécom”. Over the years, he has developed enviable expertise in the delivery of telecommunications services, primarily with Bell in a variety of capacities.
