Perry Miele, Chairman of Beringer Capital, is pleased to announce that Michael Sifton and Josef Prosperi have joined the firm as Managing Partners.
Mr. Prosperi has over 10 years of investment experience in the North American media and consumer products sectors. Prior to joining Beringer, he was a Director at Teachers’ Private Capital, the private equity division of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board. At Teachers’, Mr. Prosperi was responsible for the sourcing and execution of private equity transactions. He also served on the boards of several companies. He holds an MBA from McGill University and B.A. (Economics) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
