Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Marie O’Donovan to the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Administration Officer for Scotia Capital. In her new position, Ms. O’Donovan is a strategic partner to the Scotia Capital business lines, and is responsible for Finance, Operations, Technology, Strategy and Governance.

Anne Marie O’Donovan joined Scotiabank in 2004 and most recently held the position of Senior Vice-President and Chief Auditor. Ms. O’Donovan graduated from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario with an Honours in Business Administration. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, a member of the Risk Management and Governance Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a member of the Board of Directors of Indigo Books & Music Inc. and the Canadian Stage Company.
