We are pleased to announce that Charlie MacCready and Jaime McVicar have joined our Toronto office as partners in our Securities and Corporate Finance Group.
Jaime's practice focuses primarily on advising issuers, underwriters and investors in domestic and international public and private financings, including venture capital financing, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and assisting public companies with their on-going reporting and corporate governance obligations. Earlier in his career, Jaime was with the Ontario Securities Commission where he spent close to three years as Legal Counsel in the Corporate Finance Branch.
