HSBC Bank Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nancy McKinstry to its Board of Directors.

Ms. McKinstry has extensive board experience in both the corporate and community service sectors. She was formerly Chair of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. She also served as the Chair of the Simon Fraser University Board of Governors, Chair of the Investment Dealers Association, BC, Director of Odlum Brown Limited, and was a founding member and past Chair of the Minerva Foundation for BC Women.

Ms. McKinstry has been honoured with the Order of Canada, the Queen's Jubilee Medal, Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women Award, and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Women in Finance.
