The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario announces the appointment of Michael LeClair as volunteer Chair of the Board of Directors and President.
Mr. LeClair is Managing Director of Integrated Private Debt, a firm that invests and manages a portfolio of senior secured private loans to mid-size Canadian companies on behalf of pension funds and other financial institutions. He brings to his new position extensive experience in business operations, finance, management consulting, business development and advisory services including strategic planning.
Mr. LeClair's previous senior volunteer roles with the Foundation have included Chair, Board Development Committee, Vice-Chair, Finance & Investment Committee, and member, Strategic Planning Task Force.
He is an Institute Certified Director with the Institute of Corporate Directors.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation, a volunteer-based health charity, leads in eliminating heart disease and stroke and reducing their impact through the advancement of research and its application, the promotion of healthy living and advocacy.
