Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Krajewski to the position of Senior Vice-President, Human Resources. In her new position, Ms. Krajewski will be responsible for the overall strategic integration of all aspects of people development and engagement of all employee segments including senior executive leadership throughout the Scotiabank Group.
Ms. Krajewski joined Scotiabank in 1974 and has held various senior positions in human resources. She also has experience in domestic, corporate, and investment banking. Most recently, she was Vice-President, Employee Communication & Leadership, Human Resources. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an MBA.
Ms. Krajewski serves on the Board of Governors at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is the Chair of their Human Resources Sub-Committee and a member of the Resources, Planning and Utilization Committee.
