The Board of Directors of PCL Construction Holdings Ltd. is pleased to announce the following appointment that became effective November 1: Ross Grieve, Executive Chairman.

Ross becomes executive chairman of the board after leading the PCL family of companies as president and chief executive officer since 1997. He began his PCL career in 1969 in Winnipeg after obtaining a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Ross was recently named Canada’s 2009 Outstanding CEO of the Year™, an award sponsored by Caldwell Partners, Deloitte, and the National Post.
