The Board of Directors of Women’s College Hospital is pleased to announce the election of Kathryn Giffen as Chair. Kathryn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. She has particular expertise in legal governance, and has served as President and COO of RBC Life Insurance Company and Head of Strategic Planning and Business Analytics for RBC Financial Group’s Canadian business.

Kathryn takes the helm at a particularly exciting time in the hospital’s history as it transforms into North America’s only academic ambulatory care hospital dedicated to women’s health. Women’s College is also embarking on a major capital redevelopment project – a state-of-the-art new building that will redefine how health care is provided.
