Stephen Wetmore, President and CEO, Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Duncan Fulton to the position of Vice-President, Corporate Affairs.
Mr. Fulton assumes overall accountability for public and media relations, government relations and internal communications.

Mr. Fulton will contribute to the company’s overall business strategy and ensure that Canadian Tire’s strong commitment to communities across the country and deep focus on customer service and value is well understood.
Previously, as Senior Partner and General Manager of Fleishman-Hillard Communications’ Toronto office, Mr. Fulton provided strategic counsel and oversaw the development of communication strategies for many of Canada’s leading retail, consumer-focused and financial services companies. He served in the Prime Minister’s Office as the spokesperson and communication advisor to former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and led communication planning with a number of federal government departments. He held key communication roles in support of the Hon. Dalton McGuinty, former New Brunswick Premier Frank McKenna and the federal Minister at the Canadian International Development Agency.
