Paul Lucas, President and CEO of GlaxoSmithKline Inc., is pleased to announce the following appointment:
Sandy Fallon becomes Vice-President, Human Resources, leading the company’s HR strategies and reinforcing GSK’s reputation as one of the top companies to work for in Canada.
Mrs. Fallon joined GSK in March 2008 from Becton Dickinson (Canada) where she was Director of HR and an active member of the Canadian Leadership Team and Global HR Leadership Team. With 18 years of progressive experience in HR, Mrs. Fallon will be a great asset to the GSK Executive Team, bringing a wealth of knowledge in the areas of employee engagement, acquisitions and change management.
Mrs. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Administration and Information Management degree from Ryerson University as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
