Executive Vice-President and Chief Nuclear Officer

Duncan Hawthorne, Bruce Power’s President and Chief Executive Officer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Len Clewett as Executive Vice-President and Chief Nuclear Officer.

Mr. Clewett joined Bruce Power in 2008 and, prior to his newest appointment, was the Vice-President of Nuclear Maintenance Services. Prior to joining Bruce Power, Mr. Clewett held senior leadership roles within the nuclear industry including plant manager, site engineering director and operations manager.

Mr. Clewett graduated from Lehigh University, in Bethlehem, Penn., with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also obtained a Masters of Business degree and a Professional Engineer’s designation.

Bruce Power is privately owned, and proud to be the world’s largest nuclear generator, producing more than 25 per cent of Ontario’s power.
