Karen Gavan, president and chief executive officer of The Economical Insurance Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Campbell as Vice-President, Sales and Distribution.
Reporting to the senior vice-president, operations, Scott will add significant value to Economical by aligning the operations of the companyís farm and group divisions to the organizationís successful business strategy and leading all sales and distribution activities. His contribution will directly support Economicalís continued profitable growth and preparation for demutualization.
Scott was previously with AXA Canada, where he served as vice-president, personal lines. Scott also held positions of increasing responsibility with Aviva Canada, culminating in his appointment to the position of vice-president, underwriting.
He holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
