Mr. Eric R. La Flèche, President and Chief Executive Officer, Metro Inc., is pleased to announce the following appointment:
Serge Boulanger, CA is appointed Senior Vice-President, National Procurement and Corporate Brands. He assumes responsibility for all grocery and perishable products procurement, as well as the development of the Company’s corporate brands. Mr. Boulanger joined Metro in 1996, and has held a number of senior management positions including Vice-President, Marketing, and most recently Vice-President and General Manager of McMahon, the company’s pharmaceutical distribution subsidiary. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke and is a chartered accountant.
