Scotiabank is pleased to announce the appointment of Hamish Angus to the position of Managing Director & Head of ScotiaMcLeod Full Service Brokerage. In his new position, Mr. Angus will be responsible for seven regions, over 80 branches and 800 full service advisors nation-wide.

Mr. Angus joined ScotiaMcLeod (then McLeod Young Weir) in 1986 as an Investment Executive in Vancouver. He has held various positions such as Branch Manager in Vancouver. Most recently, prior to his relocation to Toronto, he was Managing Director and Western Regional Manager responsible for 19 full service ScotiaMcLeod branches across Western Canada.
