Richard B. Coles, Senior Vice President, Investments, Manulife Financial, is pleased to announce the following appointments in the company's Real Estate Division.
John E. Beales, Vice President and General Manager is responsible for Manulife Financial's real estate business across North America, with overall accountability for the strategic management and operations of the division. Mr. Beales is a seasoned real estate professional and, prior to joining Manulife Financial in 1997, was Executive Vice President with a major commercial real estate company.
Michael E. Ainsworth, Vice President, Leasing, Marketing and U.S. Operations is responsible for the company's leasing and marketing operations across North America as well as the management and income performance of Manulife's real estate portfolio in the United States. Since joining Manulife Financial in 1984, Mr. Ainsworth has held several senior level positions and has had direct accountability for various real estate disciplines including operations, leasing, systems and financial management.
F. Ronald Varley, Vice President, Canadian Operations is responsible for the management and income performance of Manulife's real estate portfolio in Canada. Mr. Varley joined Manulife Financial's Real Estate Division in 1972. He has held several senior level positions, with accountability for the company's operations and leasing initiatives in various markets across North America.
