The partners of Heenan Blaikie are pleased to announce that Geneviève Marcotte has joined their Montreal office to continue her practice in litigation.
Mrs. Marcotte was called to the Québec Bar in 1987 and holds her civil law degree from McGill University where she graduated in 1986. She was Chairman of the Civil Litigation and Insurance Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association from 1996 to 1998.
Mrs. Marcotte has a litigation practice specializing in insurance, libel, civil, commercial and professional liability and construction matters. She also has a considerable experience in drafting construction contracts.
