In our feature interview this week we have the projected 3rd overall goaltender to go in this year’s NHL Entry Draft, Mathieu Corbeil of the Halifax Mooseheads. Mathieu speaks about the tough year his team has had as well as his own play that’s garnering interest from NHL clubs.

Our insiders are back this season to give us their look into the OHL, WHL and the Q. Jim Cressman speaks about the Barrie Colts reaping the benefits of the OHL trade deadline. Our WHL insider Rick “the bear” Wile speaks about Shane Harper who has signed with an NHL club and our Q insider Stephane Leroux gives us the scoop on a new bench boss in Gatineau.

Our Jr A Spotlight this week focused on Mike Ingoldsby from the Oakville Blades of the Ontario Junior A Hockey League. Mike speaks about his play this year as well as the success of the Blades as they push further into the playoffs.

And finally we have the Globesports.com Player of the Week! The winner is- Michael Stickland of the Swift Current Broncos! This past week Stickland recorded 2 goals and 5 assists for 7 points in only 2 games, Stickland’s week was capped off when he recorded his first 4-point game in a win over the Regina Pats!
