Tim was born in New Westminster, British Columbia, and has lived in Edmonton-Beaumont for the last 24 years.

He is a residential mortgage manager at TD Canada Trust.

He is the Founder and President of the South Edmonton Youth Group (founded 1993). There he remains responsible for the coordination of over 80 young people ranging in age from 10 to 19, in academic and recreational learning.

He was awarded a Community Service Award in 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2002.

Tim received a Coaching honor in 1998 and 1999 in recognition of his work coaching Lions soccer and the wrestling club (1993 to the present).

Tim is a member of the Capital Health Community Health Council (2001 to present).

He ran as the Canadian Alliance candidate in Edmonton Southeast in the 2000 general election. He increased the number of votes earned by the party by 2000, and came within about 5,000 votes of defeating David Kilgour.

Tim was the Executive Producer and Host of a radio show on CKER from 1992-1997.

He has previously worked as a marketing executive.

Tim is 29 years old and single. His family and close friends reside in Edmonton-Beaumont.
