Tiffany Paulsen has lived in the riding of Blackstrap for almost 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She currently practices law at Robertson Stromberg Pederson LLP in Saskatoon. With several publications in the areas of employment law and civil procedure to her name and as an active volunteer for the Canadian Bar Association, Ms. Paulsen is a well-respected member of the legal community.
In 2000, Ms. Paulsen was elected to Saskatoon City Council in Ward 9. She was re-elected by acclamation in 2003. Her values and priorities are reflected in the municipal committees that she serves on. She serves on the Administration and Finance Committee, the Saskatoon Regional Economic Development Authority (SREDA), the Board of Police Commissioners, the Broadway Business Improvement District, and the Environmental Advisory Committee.
Although City Council and her law practice keep her very busy, Ms. Paulsen remains committed to her responsibilities within the community. She is a supporter of many charitable organizations and serves on various non-profit boards and committees.
In 2003, the Saskatchewan Business Magazine named Ms. Paulsen one of ten most influential women in Saskatchewan. The combination of her practical approach to politics, her understanding of economic development, and her commitment to the community makes her an ideal Liberal candidate for Saskatoon-Blackstrap.
