A skilled litigator, Richard Pollock is a partner at Mousseau, DeLuca, McPherson Prince LLP, and has been the Lead Federal Prosecutor for Windsor and Essex County for the past 12 years. He has taught Trial Advocacy for the Law Society of Upper Canada (Bar Admissions), and served as a Director to both the Essex Law Association and Clinique Juridique Bilingue.
Mr. Pollockís leadership skills have served a broad range of organizations, including the St. Clair College of Applied Arts & Technology (Chair, Board of Governors), the Association of Canadian Community Colleges National Executive, the Essex Region Conservation Foundation, and the Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital (Monitoring & Measurement and Public Affairs).
Windsorís strategic importance as Canadaís most economically significant gateway of international trade is central to Mr. Pollockís commitment to a safe, secure border and to the promotion of the free flow of goods and people.
Mr. Pollock will take action to secure Windsorís pre-eminence in automotive research and manufacturing excellence through investment in innovation in partnership with St. Clair College, the University of Windsor, and industry.
Born in Italy, where his father was stationed with the RCAF, Mr. Pollock resides in Windsor West with his wife, Peggy, and their three children. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
