Daryl Edward Kramp is the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) candidate for the riding of Prince Edward-Hastings, Ontario.
A resident of Madoc, Daryl is married to Carol Ann and they have three daughters, Kari Layne (Brad Philips), Taryl (John Graham) and Shelby.
Formerly with the Ontario Provincial Police as an Investigator, Daryl worked in the Burlington detachment before returning to Madoc where his family had settled in the 1950s.
In Madoc he operated a bakery, restaurant, sports store and petroleum business, before he began his current business career as owner/manager of the Two Loons Resort.
Daryl has been active in the community as a part-time instructor at St. Lawrence College (Kingston and Brockville) teaching business methods, tourism and hospitality. He is a past member of the Kiwanis Club, Past-President of the Kinsman Club, Past-President of the local Chamber of Commerce and is active in various charitable organizations..
He served six years on the Municipal Council (Councillor and Deputy-Reeve) and chaired the finance, utilities, works, water and sewer, industry, government liaison and tourism committees.
He won the 1997 and 2000 Progressive Conservative Party nominations for Hastings-Frontenac-Lennox and Addington constituency.
