O'Connor, Gordon

Ontario, Carleton - Lanark, Conservative Party of Canada

Gordon O’Connor is the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) candidate in the Ontario riding of Carleton-Lanark.

Born in Toronto, educated in the Montreal area and a Kanata resident of more that twenty years, Gordon is married and has two adult children.

He has a BSc Mathematics and Physics from Concordia University and B.A. in Philosophy from York University

His community involvement includes being Past President of the Canadian Alliance Constituency Association of Lanark-Carleton. He is a member of the Provincial Progressive Conservative Party.

In his professional life, Gordon is a Senior Associate with Hill & Knowlton Canada, a world-wide communications and public affairs company.

He previously was Vice President Operations of PMG Technologies, Vice President Business Development Profac Management Group and served in the Canadian military retiring with the rank of Brigadier General.
