Josée Verner has been working in communications and politics for almost 20 years. She worked with public figures, such as former Premier Robert Bourassa, and for many important portfolios, including Health and Communications, and for the Vice-presidence of the Legislative Assembly of Quebec.
Mrs. Verner, whose command of French, knowledge and technical skills earned her a certification of excellence of the Commission of Directors of Studies of AIES, began her career as desk officer at the Department of French of the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières. She was administrative assistant and political secretary, and is now assistant to the president of a Canadian Communications Agency highly respected.
Josée Verner is socially implied at many levels. She was chair of the Board of a CPE and fundraising organizer for charity organizations, including The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada. She was married on August 19, 1978 and has three children: Maxime, Amélie and Laurence.
As a business woman and activist at all levels of political life, I think the Conservative Party is the only federal party which understands the real needs and aspirations of the citizens of Quebec.
